  • Shipping Charges:
    All shipping charges are paid by the buyer and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Delivery Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your city and courier availability, usually between 2–5 business days across Pakistan.

  • Shipping Location:
    We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery status.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund or return under the following conditions:

  • Return Window:
    You may request a return or refund within 3 days of delivery.

  • Condition for Refund:
    The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Products that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund.

  • Return Shipping:
    Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.

  • Refund Process:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Used or opened skincare products

    • Items returned after 7 days

    • Shipping charges

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.
